Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account with rp0ke. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings.

3.5 Restricted Persons

You must not be an employee, consultant, or agent of rp0ke or any of our service providers, game suppliers, or affiliated entities. Immediate family members and household members of such persons are also prohibited from creating accounts. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or using the services for commercial purposes.

4. Account Registration and Security

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must match official identity documents. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

rp0ke operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations requiring identity verification. You agree to provide requested documentation including government-issued photo identification (KTP), proof of address, and payment method verification. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. 4.3 Account Security

You agree to notify rp0ke immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through approved payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded to source.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rp0ke complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Attempting to use the platform solely for fund transfers without genuine gaming activity may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be frozen pending resolution.

5.5 Fees and Charges

rp0ke does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet service) may impose their own transaction fees. Any third-party fees are your sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

7. Betting Rules and Fair Play

rp0ke is not responsible for any technical failures, system downtime, maintenance periods, third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall rp0ke's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may require settlement before closure.

11.2 Termination by rp0ke

rp0ke reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated responsible gaming policies, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use rp0ke services ceases immediately. For voluntary closures, remaining account balances will be returned to you upon request. For involuntary terminations due to terms violations, rp0ke reserves the right to withhold balances and winnings obtained through prohibited activities. Outstanding debts or chargebacks remain your responsibility after termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
